Due Dates for Payment Plan:
$2500 | 10.September.2024--deposit is due to secure your spot
$1813 | 30.September. 2024--25% of remaining balance is due
$2721 | 15.October.2024--50% of remaining balance is due
$3111 | 15.November.2024--final balance with $390 surcharge* is due
(or paid in full option is available with surcharge add-on)

Cancellation Policy:

If canceled on or before August 1st, 2024: the deposit refund will be issued (or 100% refund if paid in full)

If canceled on or before September 1st, 2024: refund of 75% of total monies paid to date (minus surcharge)

If canceled on or before October 14, 2024: refund of 50% of total monies paid to date (minus surcharge)
-
If canceled on or before November 14, 2024: refund of 25% of total monies paid to date (minus surcharge)

If canceled on or after November 15, 2024: any monies paid are nonrefundable

Slight changes to the itinerary may be made due to unforeseen circumstances but any changes will be equal in value to travelers' expectations. Please note: a late arrival meeting a driver for a transfer or tour will be considered as “no-show”. The missed service will not be refunded and late traveler(s) may be left behind and/or miss reservation to accommodate the set schedule.
