At 6:00pm our guests will be greeted upon arrival by the fabulous Charlotte the Figgy with passed hors d'oeuvres & Champagne while they mingle and explore this spectacular property. Then everyone will be seated for a luxuriously delicious pre-fixe 10-course dinner curated by Chef Tillie overlooking Lake Norman in all its evening splendour.

About Chef Tillie
Hailing from the Pacific Northwest definitely had its perks before Chef Tillie was ever a professional chef. She became a lover of food at a very early age and rightly so. She had the unique opportunity to experience the freshness of every ingredient while baking, fishing, hunting, gardening, and foraging with her family. Chef Tillie discovered the farm-to-table approach long before it was a trend, and those values are reflected in every single plate she presents to this day.

She creates gorgeous, elegant, colorful dishes and menus filled with culinary delights and palate pleasing bites for her highly sought after dinner parties and clients. With over 25 years of culinary experience and her laser-focused attention to detail, her creative process and professionalism sets her apart from other chefs.
